MASS INTENTION REQUEST FORM

Date availability is dependent on several different factors. Please understand the date you wanted for your intention may not be available.

In emergency situations, a mass may not be celebrated for the day you have requested, in this instance the church office will call to re-schedule the date for your Mass Intention.

A $5 donation is made for each Mass Intention.
Donations may be made

or mailed, dropped by the office or put in the Sunday Offering basket.
