BRICK ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS:

There are several ways to order your Engraved Brick:

1. Paper version
   1. Pick up a copy order form in the SHCC gathering area and complete manually (Please complete all sections)
      1. Attach a check and mail to Box 599 Comfort TX 78013
      2. or drop in the collection basket in an envelope clearly marked “Brick Purchase”

2. Computer fill out, Print and Mail.
   1. Save the below form on your computer and either complete electronically and print or print and fill it out manually.
      1. Attach a check and mail to Box 599 Comfort TX 78013
      2. Or drop a check and order form in the collection basket in an envelope clearly marked “Brick Purchase”
      3. Please make checks payable to SHCC Brick Sales

1. If you use a paper brick order form but want to pay online
   1. Go to: https://giving.parishsoft.com/App/Giving/sacrpob255
   2. Select Quick Give
   3. Complete the Amount Click on the Dropdown arrow
   4. Select Brick Sales
   5. Complete the rest of the form.
   6. Click on the Submit Button

3. On-line Version
   1. Click on this link http://www.polarengraving.com/SacredHeartCatholicChurchComfortTX
   2. Complete all sections.
   3. If you want clip art, click on the Yes button
   4. Select the correct Art ID code or If you wish to add your own, click on the link in the web site.
   5. Select the size of the brick you desire
   6. Enter the Dollar amount of you order (each brick requires an individual order)
   7. Select the Continue button.
   8. Complete the lines of text and watch it appear on the Brick below.
   9. Choose the method of payment (either on-line or check).
   10. If by check, enter the check number in the space provided.
   11. Complete the process by clicking the purchase button, which will take you a summary screen.
   12. Print the Summary screen for proof of purchase.
